Online Shop Terms & Conditions
All customers are required to read and accept these Terms & Conditions before entering into any contract with the Seller.
Seller – Studio Tańca Magdalena Abramowicz, located at ul. Czeremchowa 18/24, 20-807 Lublin, Poland, NIP 7123427484, REGON 520593463.
Client – any entity that utilizes the services and functionalities of the Shop, particularly those who make purchases.
Consumer – an individual entering into a contract with the Seller, who is an Entrepreneur, via the Shop, where the contract is not directly connected to their business or professional activity.
Shop – the website and online store accessible at: https://yourfirstdance.online/
Order – a declaration of intent made by the Client via the Order Form to directly conclude a Sales Contract for a distance service or digital product with the Seller.
Product – any product or service available in the Shop that is the subject of the Contract between the Client and the Seller.
Cart – a feature of the Shop’s software where the Client can view and modify the details of the Products they have selected for purchase, including quantity.
Order Form – an interactive form available in the Shop through which Orders can be placed, particularly by adding Products to the Cart and specifying the terms of the Distance Contract, including delivery and payment methods.
Payment Operator – a system for processing payments, including:

Clients are prohibited from providing illegal content.
The Shop may become temporarily unavailable for planned maintenance of the server and software. Planned maintenance will be announced on the Shop’s website.
The Seller is not liable, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for any disruptions, including interruptions in the Shop's operation due to force majeure, illegal activities by third parties, or incompatibility with the Client’s technical infrastructure.
Free services include:
Detailed descriptions, special conditions, if any, and prices for these services (Products) are available on the Website in the Product descriptions.
Access to certain services may be granted for a limited time, as indicated in the Product description.
Absence from a scheduled digital content service does not entitle the Client to a refund unless the Client, who is a Consumer, has successfully withdrawn from the Agreement or the Agreement has been effectively terminated.
To place an Order without an Account, the Client should:
The Contract is concluded once the "Place Order" button is clicked.
A confirmation email will be sent to the address provided in the Order Form.
There are no delivery costs for electronically supplied services (digital products).
Payment methods include:
The Client agrees to receive invoices via email to the address provided in the Order Form.
Complaints should be submitted in writing to the address provided in §3.
Complaints must include a description of the defect and the Consumer’s request to remedy it.
The Seller has 14 working days to respond to a complaint. If no response is given within this period, the complaint is considered accepted.
The Seller may offer additional warranties, details of which will be provided in the Shop.
For other contracts, the Client must notify the Seller of their intention to cancel via email or mail as provided in §3 before the deadline.
Clients may use a model cancellation form but are not required to do so.
If the contract is cancelled, the Seller will refund all payments within 14 days using the original payment method unless the Consumer agrees to another method without additional costs.
Consumers can use out-of-court complaint and redress mechanisms, such as the EU ODR platform available at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
Clients may use purchased Products for personal use only, which excludes commercial use.
For commercial use, Clients should contact the Seller for individual negotiations.
Unauthorized distribution may result in civil and criminal liability.
Contracts concluded before the changes are subject to the T&C in force at the time of contract conclusion.
Unaddressed matters are governed by Polish law.

§1 Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (T&C) outline how distance contracts between the Customer and the Seller are concluded, the conditions of these contracts, and the rights and obligations of both parties, particularly in relation to the provision of electronic services, including digital products.All customers are required to read and accept these Terms & Conditions before entering into any contract with the Seller.
§2 Definitions

- Stripe provided by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., based in Ireland at C/O A & L Goodbody, Ifsc, North Wall Quay, Dublin D01 H104.

§4 Technical Requirements
To use the Shop, including browsing items and placing orders, the following are required:- A device with Internet access and a web browser.
- An active email account.
- Certain digital products may require additional software or external applications (e.g., YouTube), which will be specified in the Product description before purchase.

§5 Electronic Services
The Seller provides electronic services through the Website.Free services include:
- Viewing content and products on the Website and YouTube channel.
Detailed descriptions, special conditions, if any, and prices for these services (Products) are available on the Website in the Product descriptions.
Access to certain services may be granted for a limited time, as indicated in the Product description.

§6 Placing an Order
Orders can be placed on the Website 24/7,To place an Order without an Account, the Client should:
- Select Products and add them to the Cart.
- Review the Order in the Cart and proceed to checkout.
- Fill in the Order Form with recipient details, including the email address for Product delivery.
- Accept the T&C.
- Choose a payment method and place the Order.
- Confirm the Order by completing the payment.
The Contract is concluded once the "Place Order" button is clicked.
A confirmation email will be sent to the address provided in the Order Form.
§7 Pricing and Payment Methods
Prices are specified in the Product descriptions on the Website and are displayed in EUR.There are no delivery costs for electronically supplied services (digital products).
Payment methods include:
- Stripe
- PayPal
The Client agrees to receive invoices via email to the address provided in the Order Form.
§8 Complaints
Clients can file a complaint if a defect is detected.Complaints should be submitted in writing to the address provided in §3.
Complaints must include a description of the defect and the Consumer’s request to remedy it.
The Seller has 14 working days to respond to a complaint. If no response is given within this period, the complaint is considered accepted.

§9 Contract Cancellation Rights
The right to cancel does not apply to contracts for electronically supplied services or digital content if the service has been fully performed with the Consumer's prior consent.For other contracts, the Client must notify the Seller of their intention to cancel via email or mail as provided in §3 before the deadline.
Clients may use a model cancellation form but are not required to do so.
If the contract is cancelled, the Seller will refund all payments within 14 days using the original payment method unless the Consumer agrees to another method without additional costs.
§10 Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution
The Seller agrees to resolve disputes through mediation and will provide details to the disputing parties.Consumers can use out-of-court complaint and redress mechanisms, such as the EU ODR platform available at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
§11 Copyrights
Digital content on the Website, including Product materials, is protected by copyright.Clients may use purchased Products for personal use only, which excludes commercial use.
For commercial use, Clients should contact the Seller for individual negotiations.
Unauthorized distribution may result in civil and criminal liability.
§12 Personal Data and Cookies
Personal data processing and cookie usage are governed by the Privacy and Cookies Policy at: https://yourfirstdance.online/pages/privacy-and-cookies-policy§13 Final Provisions
The Seller reserves the right to amend the T&C for significant reasons, such as changes in legal regulations or payment methods, affecting enforcement. Clients will be notified 14 days before changes take effect.Contracts concluded before the changes are subject to the T&C in force at the time of contract conclusion.
Unaddressed matters are governed by Polish law.
